New acquisition in the F2500 class: brothers Benoit and Samuel Tremblay take over the F-4!

The Tremblay family’s passion for racing reaches a new milestone as Samuel and Benoit Tremblay acquire the F-4Pièces d’auto Valleyfield, previously driven by Tommy Shannon. The family team will now feature three brothers competing in the F2500 class, with Michael Tremblay continuing to pilot the Happy Sunny F-555.

For Benoit, who has nearly 10 years of karting experience, this project marks the realizationof a long-held dream. He had been keeping an eyeon the hydroplane market for several years when, at the end of the 2025 season, Samuel approached him: “If we’re going to make a move, it’s now!” he said.

The boat will now carry the number F-5, a nod both to the number Benoit used during his very first karting race and to their uncle, Daniel Brossoit, former driver of the legendary Pixie CS-5. The boat’s name will be announced later.

Samuel, known for his ability to “push the machine,” will handle the setup during the firstrace weekend before passing the wheel to Benoit. For the Valleyfield Regatta, the plan is for Benoit to take Friday’s start, while Samuel will be in action on Saturday and Sunday.

With the unwavering support of their parents and longtime team member Paul Pigeon, the Tremblay brothers are gearing up for a promising 2026 season!
