DRIVER FRANÇOIS LEROUX VICTIM OF A MAJOR ACCIDENT AT THE RÉGATES DE VALLEYFIELD

It is with sadness that the management of the Régates de Valleyfield and the Hydroplane Racing League (HRL) announces that driver François Leroux has been transported to the Hôpital du Suroît in critical condition. The accident occurred following a flip of the H-447 Miss OMG during a consolation final in the Hydro 350 class on July 14 at the Robert-Théorêt racecourse.
The management wishes to first offer its support to his family and friends, as well as to the entire HRL team. More details will follow.
